基本的に1日2レッスン＝50分やりました。Stage1-5で合計263レッスンでした。
Stage5の感想
Stage5が終わりました。今までより例文が長くなり、一度で言えない文が増えて言い直しが多かった分、時間がかかりました。難易度はあまり変わらず、長い文が増えた印象です。
そして、少し飽きてきた、というか、、、すんなりと言えない文が増えてストレスになってきました。長い分はレッスン中にメモをしていますが、次のレッスンのレビューの前には確認しておかないと時間がかかります。
テキストなしでやってきましたがstage5の後半から必要性を感じ始めました…
Stage6に入りましたが、一度聞いただけでは意味が把握できない文が出てきて、レッスン中に一語一語確認して、書き留めて、話して、、と時間を費やしてしまいます。やはりテキストを買って予習しておいた方が。レッスン時間を無駄にしないのでよいのではないかと感じています。
【結論：Book3は欲しかったかも・・・】
Book 1-2(stage1-4)はなくても大丈夫だったけど、Book3以降はあったほうが、レッスンを効率よく進められそうです。
stage5を終えて、これまで英語を口に出す練習をしてこなかったということを実感しています。以前よりは英語のリズムで、話せる文が長くなった気がします。たまに納得できない例文も出てきますが、訓練と割り切って進めるようにしています。
これまでほぼ毎日レッスンを受けてきたのですが、時間が取れなくなってきたこともあり、一旦お休みして、テキストと時間を手に入れてからいずれ再開したいと思います。

結論から書きますと
Stage12までこなすのには1年半から2年はかかりそうです。
私はイングリッシュベルでDMEメソッドをやっています。Stage5まで終え、以前よりは英語が口から出てくるような気がしてきています。
私が実際にStage５まで費やしたレッスンはこちら↓です。
イングリッシュベルでは、ステージを終えるごとにexamがあり、ホームページに”ボイス”=口コミを投稿できるようになっています。そこにDMEメソッド経験者の感想とかかったレッスン数や期間などが載っていました。どれくらい時間がかかっているのか気になったので過去3年間の情報を見てみました。始めるにあたって、やはりどれぐらい時間がかかるのかは興味があるところですのでいくつかのブログを参考にさせて頂きましたので、自分がかかった時間もまとめて公開したいと思います。もちろん人それぞれレベルは違うと思いますが参考になれば幸いです。

Stage 4の感想
Stage４となり、ほぼ講師は固定されてきました。土日は競争率が高く、希望の予約が取れないこともありました。8時とか8時半とかになった瞬間に1週間後の予約枠が現れるので、ブラウザを更新して予約しますが、たまに「タッチの差で予約をお取りできませんでした」と悲しいことを言われます。
長い文章が増えてきました。相変わらず冠詞は正しく言えません。厳しめの講師には「No "a"!!」と言われます。厳しすぎても続けるのがつらくなるのでニコニコした先生も織り交ぜています。たまにゆっくりしゃべる先生もいるので早口の先生を選ぶようにしています。
It's a good idea to~のように言い慣れて得意になった文も出てきました。
レッスンでつまづいた例文
レッスンが進むとテキストがないと厳しいという話も聞きますので、
復習がてら、気になったこと、つまづいたフレーズ（回答）を記載していこうと思います。テキストなしで挑んでいますので、pageは最初にやったときか復習の時か曖昧ですが、目安として書いていきます。私が言いにくかったり、何度も引っかかったりした例文を記録しています。

不規則動詞が出てきました。
take-took, understand-understood, find-found, win-won, lose-lostなど。
What are the two opposites of lose? はなぞなぞみたいなおしゃれな質問じゃないですか？
答えはwin and find.
When (If) we are on a high mountain, we can see (we usually have) a fine view of the valley below. (講師によって少し違った)
Why/How? とyes/noを聞く質問も出てきました。
We make a cup of coffee by putting some coffee into a cup and filling it with hot water.
We cook soup by filling the pot with water and adding (some)meat and vegetables.
Meatは不可算名詞なのでsは付かない。(some)は講師によってついたりつかなかったり。

質問の意味がすぐに理解できませんでした。Get人＝understandで使われていました。

Must not refuseの意味がすんなり理解できずてこずりました。読めばわかるんですけどね。Refuseが否定的な意味のイメージなので、さらにnotがつくと自分の中では二重否定にみたく感じて混乱してました。

A number of online medical consultant services are increasing in Japan. But it is difficult to choose a doctor because there are so many doctors. Here, I would like to discuss how to find a good doctor in terms of their experience.
How doctors build their career?
First of all, they have to go to medical school. After high school students can start a med school and study for a total of6 years. After they graduate from med school and pass the National Medical Practitioners Qualifying Examination, then, they become doctors.
After that, they start their career as a resident in a hospital for 2 years. In these 2 years of training, residents work in several clinical departments such as cardiology, respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, surgery, pediatrics, OBGYN, emergency department and psychiatry etc
After their residency, they can choose a specialty. At this point doctors are over 26 years old. Then they get to be a specialist after 3 to 5 years practice. At this point, 29 years old or older. Doctors often enter a graduate school after they finish their residency, or they get a certificate as a specialist. The time when they get PhD depends on doctors or their specialties.
Recommendation
Therefore, I recommend that you see a doctor who is 30 years old or older with at least 5years experience. However, there are some doctors who dicide to go to med school after graduating from university and working for a few years. So, we can’t completely judge a qualification based only on their age.

オンラインで気軽に医師に直接相談できるというサービスが増えています。ここで気になるのが、どの先生を選べばよいかということ。若い先生で経験が少ないと心配だからある程度経験があったほうがいいけど、候補がありすぎると決められず迷ってしまいます。
利用するサービスによって、担当できる診療科や、年代、経験年数や専門医の有無、卒業大学や職歴についても公表しているので、それらを参考にするのがいいでしょう。医師であることは間違いないはずなので（これが違ったらサービスの信用問題）、顔写真や実名、経歴を公表している方が信頼しやすいと思います。逆に登録する側としても、本気でやろうとしていれば信用してもらいやすいように詳細に書くでしょう。
ここでは医師の経験について専門医の資格要件を元に、オンライン医療相談の医師の選び方について考えてみたいと思います。注：オンライン「診療」では、通常の病院受診をオンラインでするので「相談」とはまた違った基準になるでしょう。ここでは「相談」する医師の選び方を考察します。

医学部の学生（6年）
まず医学部に6年通い、国家試験に合格すると医師になれます。この時点で24歳以上です。
研修医（2年）
医学部卒業後、2年間の研修期間が必要です。最初の2年間は初期研修医と呼ばれます。初期レジデントと呼ばれたりもします。研修医も医師ですし、大きな病院の救急外来を夜中に受診すれば、たいてい最初は研修医による診察になるので救急疾患の経験は積んでいるものと思われます。研修を終える頃には26歳以上です。
後期研修医、レジデント、専攻医
初期研修を終えた後は、いろいろな呼び名があります。ここで自分が進むべき診療科を選び、診療経験を積んで、各学会の試験に合格すると専門医になれます。
専門医
診療科によって、取得までの年数が違います。学会によって、専門医試験の受験資格が決められています。調べたところ、初期研修医の2年間にプラスして

（外科専門医の後に、消化器外科や呼吸器外科、心臓外科といったサブスペシャリティがある）

所属学会は特別な資格ではないので、注意が必要です。学会によってはその学会に属する医師の推薦が必要なので、もちろん一般人でも誰でも入れるというわけではありませんが、医師の興味のある分野を示すにすぎません。
指導医
専門医になってさらに数年経験を積むと指導医に認定される。
オンライン医療相談のサービスを見ると、例えばラインヘルスケアでは細かな年齢ではなく20代、30代といった年代が記載されています。少なくとも30代であれば、ある程度経験があって、専門医である可能性も高くなるでしょう。社会人になってから医学部に入り直す方もいるので、年齢より経験年数の方が参考になるでしょう。
ただ、第一線で活躍している医師は、病院にいるので、オンライン医療相談にはいないと思うのは私だけでしょうか。どんな医師が登録しているか想像してみると、比較的自由があるクリニックに勤める医師や、産休育休中のスキマ時間を活用する女性医師、自由な働き方を求めるオンライン専門医師や退職後の余暇を利用したベテラン医師、あるいはバイト感覚でスキマ時間を活用して小遣い稼ぎをしている医師…などなど。こちらの要望に的確に応えてくれさえすれば、色々な働き方があってよいと思います。気軽に利用できるサービスとして、あまり期待しすぎないのもいいかもしれません。
話はそれますが、自分より知識がある人に教わるというビジネスはどんな分野でも成立するのではと思っています。料理でも、スポーツでも、プログラミングでも。逆に言えばその道のプロではなくてもある程度の経験があれば初心者に教えるには最適の講師となる場合もあります。医師であれば、得意不得意な分野もあるでしょうが、あくまで「相談」と考えて気軽に試すのもアリかと思います。相談できる医師の知り合いはそうそういないと思いますし、知り合いでも逆に相談しにくいこともあると思うので、匿名で医療の相談をするのにいいサービスだと思います。
私もオンライン医療相談で皮膚科の医師に相談したことがあります。明らかに皮膚疾患の相談だったので、専門医の先生に相談できてとても満足しました。
ただ、皮膚科で検索すると皮膚科専門医以外にも内科や、多くの診療科を担当する先生が出てくることが分かります。なんでも相談できる、かかりつけ医のような感覚でしょう。自分の相談したい内容が明らかに皮膚や目の症状であれば、専門医と書いてある先生を選ぶのがよいと思います。
何の専門先生に診てもらえばいいか分からないときもありますので、その時は幅広く知識がありそうな内科に相談すればいいと思います。胃が痛いと思っていたら実は心臓の病気だったということもあるので、診断が分からない時は幅広く診察をカバーできる医師がいいと思います。
ラインヘルスケアでは一度利用するとカルテのようにラインに記録が残ったので、再度相談するときにも便利だと思います。他のサービスも登録が必要なので、一度登録するとデータが残るのでしょう。
結論：30代以上・経験年数最低5年以上の、専門医もしくは幅広く相談できる内科医

Technology and health care are the best combination that are developing rapidly. I believe that we will easily manage our health using technology such as smart phones and smart watches. When I a was kid, my parents haved a pedometer and a scale that calculate our body fat percentage. Now, that we get to know the number of steps and calories we burn by smart phones. We also have apps that show calories we get after we record our meals. Smart watches can measure our heart rates, body temperatures and sleep status.
I’ve been thinking about online medicine since this pandemic. If I make online platforms for doctors and patients like Rarejob, Rarejob is then it could be a place-- just like where teachers and students meet--, it could work the same wa for an onlineplatform for the former and latter. It would be very useful. But I know that it requires tons of rule methods and clearances to provide medicine in the online platform. So, I came up with a good system. If we just have create a chat room or a consultation tool online, that would be easy for everyone. I’m very excited with this idea. But I found that there are already some services just like that the abovementioned.
Online health care and medicine and telemedicine are not common in Japan. But, a number of these sorts of services have been increasing since the coronavirus shock. Then, I tried one of them; LINE Health Care. Some people on twitter say they didn’t get good answers and doctor’s level competency was low. but However, others recommended it. In my view, it was great. It’s easy to use and I’m satisfied with my doctor’s answer opinion. I guess it depends on the doctors we consult with. I wish this online consultation system would help many people and reduce medical costs in Japan in the future.

ラインヘルスケアを使ってみた感想【オンライン医療相談の使い方】
今テクノロジーとヘルスケアの分野が私の中で盛り上がっています。
今後、テクノロジーで健康を気軽に管理することがどんどん広がっていくと思います。古くは万歩計から始まり、体脂肪率を測れる体重計なども実家にありましたが、今ではスマホを持っていれば歩数やカロリーも測れる、食べた食事をアプリで記録すれば摂取カロリーを計算することも可能です。心電図を測れるスマートウォッチはこれからの普及に期待ですが、既に脈拍数や体温、睡眠状態は測定できるようになっています。
オンライン医療相談を比較
そして最近気になっていたのが、コロナで話題になったオンライン診療。診療となると医師の法律やら保険やら関わってきそうだから、相談という形にして、オンライン英会話みたいなプラットフォームを作って、医療者と医療相談をしたい人をマッチングするシステムを作ったら結構いいビジネスとしてになるんじゃないかと思ってワクワクしていたら、
もうありました。オンライン医療相談。
検索で気になったのはfirst callとラインヘルスケア、ポケットドクターです。
簡単に比較してみました。
first call
サイト：明るい雰囲気のサイトで、若手の医師たちが遠隔医療相談を始めた理由を語っていたりして、信頼できそうです。
方法：チャット相談、あるいは15分間のTV電話相談あり。
医師：実名、顔写真つきの医師紹介は少ないですが、相談の時はフルネームが表示されるようです。経歴は見れないが資格は見れる。
値段：月550円で何度でも相談可能とのこと。これは安い。
会員登録が必要。
ポケットドクター
サイト：サイトはきれい
方法：ビデオ通話で相談
医師：実名、顔写真付きの医師が多い。診療可能の科は載っているが、経歴や専門医は分からない。
値段：でも。お値段が1回の相談（最大10分）で2980 or 3980円(税別)。この値段だったら病院に行った方がいいかなと思う人も多いはず。お金はあるけど時間がない人向けかなぁ。
会員登録必要。
オンライン診療ポケットドクターもある。

サイト：見やすい。パソコンで見ていても、実際の操作はスマホに移行します。
相談方法：①いますぐ相談・予約をする：30分ラインでメッセージのやり取りができる

医師：実名写真付きの先生もちらほら。経歴、資格が見れる。

ラインに既に登録していれば新たに会員登録不要なのは楽です。
ラインヘルスケアに相談してみた
使い方は簡単
ラインというプラットホームは強いですね。経済産業省がサポートしてくれていて2020年3月から9月まで無料となっていたので使ってみました。
厚生労働省との役割の違いはどうなんだろう、よく分かっていない…
とにかく、ラインヘルスケアが無料だったので、病院に行くほどでもないのだけれども、ずっと前から気になっていたことがあったので、聞いてみることにしました
皮膚科の相談だったので、まず先生を探します。
実名写真付きで、経歴をみると10年以上の経験と専門医を持っている方がいたので、その先生に決めました。
(注)ちなみに、皮膚科で検索しましたが、専門は循環器内科や糖尿病だったり、内科全般だったりと様々で、専門だけを見るのではなくて、専門分野以外も幅広く相談を受け付けるような感じでした。でも、明らかに皮膚科の相談だったら、せっかくなら専門医に相談したいというのが皆さん思う所ではないでしょうか。
先生を決めたらボタンを押したら、すぐ相談画面に行くのかと思ったら、そこでラインからメッセージが来て、まずラインヘルスケアに登録する流れになりました。結局さっきの先生をもう一度探す羽目になったので、先に登録した方がよいかもしれません。
このサービス利用時は、ニックネームを、自分が普段ラインで使っている名前とは別に付けることができます。本名を名乗らなくていい所が良いですね。
写真は、何もしないと普段が自分が使っている写真が使われますが、変更することができます。
ニックネームの他、普通に病院受診をするときと同様に、性別、生年月日、身長、体重、既往症、服用中の薬、手術経験飲酒や喫煙の習慣を入力する箇所がありました。
性別は昨今のLGBTの事情も配慮してか、男性・女性・無回答がありました。
私は急ぎでもなかったので、後から回答をもらう方を選びました。
「後から回答をもらう」では1000文字の相談ができるとあったので、最大限活用しようと事前に準備していましたが、皮膚科の自由記載欄は300文字でした。自由記載欄の前に、症状がいつからか、症状は何かを選択肢で選べるようになっていました。「1000文字の相談」というのは、その後のやり取りでの文字数制限となります。
夜中に相談のメッセージを送ったのですが、返事は翌朝8時過ぎに来ていました。
感想：期待以上によかった。
最初は高そうなサプリや保険が効かない治療も勧めてきて怪しいなと感じてしまったのですが、気になることを質問すると、的確に返してくれました。
「1000文字の相談ができる」というのは、先ほどの問診の後、先生からの返事に対して1000文字分のメッセージを送れるというシステムでした。3回質問を追加したのですが、500字程度の使用で、十分に満足する回答をいただくことができました。
「あとから回答」を選びましたが、返答は早くて、「今すぐ相談」の30分限定よりも、じっくりと考えて質問もできて、逆に良かったと思います。
もちろん先生の当たりはずれはあると思いますが、今回は最初の回答で怪しくて期待度下がった分、そこから質問に対して丁寧に答えて頂くことができて、結果的にかなり満足度は高いものでした。
相談後にアンケートがあり、もちろん高評価をつけました。
さらに。24時間後にフォローアップのメッセージまで来ました。なんと丁寧な。
このメッセージには重要なポイントが含まれていると感じました。本来は有料サービスなので、ここは稼ぐチャンス。そしてもう一つ大事なところは「不安」という気持ちに焦点を当てているところだと思います。痛いとか苦しいといった症状があれば受診が必要でしょうが、「不安」を解消するだけで多くの一時的な問題は解決するのかもしれません。
あとがき：オンライン医療相談
今回のコロナで、オンラインでできることが一気に広がっています。オンライン医療相談はとてもいいサービスだと思いましたが、思うことを少し綴らせてもらいます。
いい点
今回使ったサービスもとても満足できるものでした。気軽に相談できると、不要な受診を減らすことができて、本当に医療が必要な人にサービスが提供できるようになると医療者側の負担も減ってよいように思います。ただ、一番医療費が必要となる高齢者に行き届くかどうかは疑問が残ります。高齢の家族の具合が悪くて今病院に連れていくべきか悩む状況で相談したら、心配なら病院に行ってくださいって言われそう。（オンライン診療であれば定期受診の負担は減ってよさそう。）
注意点
ただ、匿名でのやりとりになると、不適当な発言でニュースになったり、まだまだこれから問題も出てくるかもしれません。医療相談の回答が本当に参考になるのか、医師の質も問われてくると思いますし、実際診察していないと分からないこともあると思います。今回の相談でも、実際の診断は診察してみないと分からないので、病院を受診してくださいね、ということでした。（まぁ最終的にはそうなるよな）
便利なサービスは利用しつつも、責任の所在をはっきりさせることが重要だと思います。オンライン医療相談の段階では患者側結に結局どうするかの判断が求められ、オンライン診療となると医師側にも責任が出てくるという感じでしょうか。
未来
ラインはさらにLINEドクターとして、オンライン医療相談だけではなく、オンライン診療も始めるようですね。医療相談で受診が本当に必要な人を選別して、診療に結び付けるという流れもできるでしょう。病院と患者の双方にとって良い方向に向かうといいなと思います。
